Orthodontic Specialties & Clinical Focus

Dr. Crews provides comprehensive orthodontic care for children, teens, and adults, with a strong focus on early intervention and long-term stability.

Her clinical areas of focus include:

  • Early orthodontic evaluations and Phase I treatment

  • Growth and development guidance

  • Bite correction (overbite, underbite, crossbite)

  • Complex orthodontic cases

  • Orthognathic (jaw surgery–related) cases

  • Traditional braces and modern orthodontic appliances

She is particularly passionate about early treatment that helps reduce the need for more invasive procedures later in life.

"My family moved to Jacksonville when I was two, so this has truly been home for as long as I can remember. It means a lot to serve the same community that helped shape me, and I love working with the amazing patients and families here.

As a student, I was always split between two worlds—art and science. I loved creative classes just as much as math and biology, and orthodontics ended up being the perfect blend of both. It lets me combine precision and problem-solving with an artistic eye to create smiles that look natural and feel balanced.

My promise is to do everything I can to help you achieve the smile you’ve always wanted, while also focusing on your bite (occlusion) for long-term comfort and stability. Our goal is for you to feel comfortable, supported, and genuinely enjoy your time with us—because once you start treatment here, you’re part of the PV Kids family. I can’t wait to meet you."
